Cancellation Policy
Cancelations & Refunds If you are unable to attend your photoshoot or accidentally purchased the wrong date, send us a message immediately. We are able to reschedule the photoshoot to the next available date of your choice if you give us 48 Hours notice prior to your photoshoot. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your photoshoot, the deposit is non-refundable. Late & Missed Photoshoots We do our best to make sure everyone gets their photoshoot on time. If you are going to be late for your photoshoot please text the photographer ASAP. We send photoshoot attendee’s an Email 24 Hours before the photoshoot as a reminder and we allot an extra 10 minutes for every photoshoot for human error. If you are late for your photoshoot, unfortunately we cannot extend your photoshoot time due to other bookings. Rain & Snow Incase of rain or snow on the date of an outdoor photoshoot, your deposit will not be returned, instead your photoshoot will be rescheduled to the next available date of your choice.
